1.2 Chemical fertilizer anti caking agent FB-01 paste oil agent (applicable to chlorine based, sulfur based and nitro based products)
1.2.1Performance and use
FB-01 series products are oil soluble anti caking agents, which are new products independently developed by Suzhou Fengbei. They are made of animal and vegetable oils as basic raw materials, and are compounded with a variety of anionic and cationic surfactants, non-ionic surfactants and hydrophobic agents using new technologies
1.2.2Product use
In order to achieve the best anti caking effect, it is not necessary to add other oil agents, and it is directly used after heating and melting; It shall be used together with the powder of the Company.
The average dosage is 1.8 - 2.5 kg per ton of fertilizer.
For fertilizers with less severe caking or lower packaging temperature, the dosage can be appropriately reduced.
For compound fertilizer with high N or P content, the amount can be appropriately increased to 2.5 kg per ton of fertilizer, and the amount can be adjusted according to the site situation.
1.2.3 Usage method
FB-01: The anti caking agent is heated by a storage tank to 50-90 ℃, flows into an insulated storage tank, and is atomized by a metering pump through a special nozzle. The liquid is sprayed on the surface of the fertilizer particles, and finally mixed properly by a coating roller.
1.2.4 Safety protection
Avoid direct contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Wear gloves when using. In case of splashing on eyes, skin or clothes, immediately rinse with plenty of water.
1.2.5 Packaging and storage
Liquid tanker packaging.
This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, and away from fire sources.

1.3.1 Performance and use
This product is made of waterproof materials and modified anionic and cationic surfactants. It is a powder anti caking agent used for fertilizers. It can be directly sprinkled on the surface of fertilizers. After evenly wrapped, it can effectively prevent and improve the caking conditions during fertilizer production, storage, transportation and use; This product is suitable for anti caking of various compound (mixed) fertilizers (chlorine, nitro, sulfur based). It has better anti caking effect when used with our FB-01 series oily anti caking agent.
1.3.2 Product consumption
The average dosage is 3-4kg per ton of fertilizer. For fertilizers with less severe caking or lower packaging temperature, and those with oily anti caking agent, the dosage can be appropriately reduced.
1.3.3 Usage
The powder shall be transported and sprayed to the surface of the fertilizer particles with a screw conveyor or an air flow conveyor. It can be properly mixed with a wrapping roller. The powder shall be sprayed first and then powdered.
1.3.4 Safety protection
Avoid direct contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Wear gloves and dust mask when using. In case of splashing on eyes, skin or clothes, immediately rinse with plenty of water.
